Living Areas
The first floor features a spacious living/dining area with super-comfortable sofas and armchairs and an antique refectory table which seats 14. There is an open fireplace, plenty of logs and a balcony with great views over the valley to the mountains beyond.
Off the main room is a well-stocked library with a good supply of books and board games. Two cosy armchairs and matching footstools provide the perfect spot to spend the afternoon, while looking at the panoramic view down the valley. There are backgammon and chess tables, countless packs of cards and a Naim sound system.
There is a separate candle-lit, small dining room which can be used for small groups, a study, games room, dining room for young children or indeed a bedroom if you have a travel cot.
The kitchen features marble worktops, a Lacanche range with two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridge freezers and a microwave. It has le Creuset casseroles, various blenders, food processor, sharp knives, baking equipment, Villeroy & Boch crockery and enough wine glasses to entertain most of the village. A real chef’s kitchen.
Ground floor has a small office (which does have a single sofa bed), networked printer, sauna and TV/cinema room. Downstairs to the large drying room and ski room with separate outdoor access.
