Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 4-night stay except for the weeks of Christmas, New Year and February half term. These are for 7 nights, although for Christmas you can go in early and New Year leave late. February half-term can be extended both ways.

• No booking is confirmed until a deposit of 30% of the rental cost has been paid

• Minimum age of lead renter is 30.

• All rentals are subject to an administration charge of €500 to cover cleaning, laundry, snow clearance, assistance etc.

• No smoking

• No outdoor shoes in the house

• Prices are shown in Euros.

• Own transportation is essential. Lifts, shops, bars and restaurants are all 10-15 minutes by car.
